The proposal defines the pages, features, platform, responsibilities and acceptance checks for your particular project.
Who it is for: Businesses launching a new website, improving an existing customer journey or commissioning a clearly scoped web application.

The work you can commission
The right build starts with the right scope.
We define the visitor’s task and the team’s operating needs before choosing the platform or adding features.
Discovery and conversion structure
Define the audience, offer, sitemap and primary actions. Plan pages around questions, relevant evidence and a clear route to an enquiry, order or product task.
You receive a reviewed sitemap and project brief.Readable, responsive interface design
Develop the visual hierarchy, mobile layouts, forms and interaction states around the real content. Include keyboard and usability requirements in the design review.
You receive the agreed interface designs and reusable patterns.Business websites and landing pages

You receive the scoped pages and editing workflow.Stores, integrations and applications
Scope products, checkout, bookings, accounts or custom workflows explicitly. Identify the external services, licenses, data flows and operational responsibilities before implementation.
You receive a defined functional scope and integration plan.SEO and AI discovery foundations
Implement meaningful headings, crawlable links, appropriate metadata and accurate schema. For redesigns, map existing URLs and plan redirects and migration monitoring.
You receive search setup and a reviewable URL plan.Validation, launch and handover
Check agreed functions, responsive behavior and performance evidence in the actual environment. Document the release, access, dependencies and optional maintenance arrangement.
You receive an acceptance record and practical handover guidance.Evidence you can inspect
Approve a build against evidence you can use.
The acceptance criteria should explain what works, what was measured and what your team will maintain after launch.
A working journey
The agreed form, checkout, booking or application task tested end to end.
A delivery record
The important pages, redirects, metadata and release configuration.
A measured experience
Relevant device checks, performance diagnostics and available real-user evidence.
A useful distinction
Performance is tested in the finished environment.
We agree appropriate performance targets and investigate the factors that affect them: hosting, caching, images, third-party scripts and client-side work. A lab score and a real-user Core Web Vitals assessment answer different questions, so neither is replaced with a simulated launch badge.
- Build around clear content and a readable mobile experience.
- Agree the important user journeys and test them before launch.
- Keep account access, licensing and maintenance responsibilities explicit.

Questions before a decision
Web Development Services, explained.
Scope, costs, expectations and the details that help you decide.
How much do web development services cost?
Launch projects start at $100 and Business projects at $200. Ecommerce, portals and custom applications are quoted after discovery. The final proposal specifies pages, features, content work, hosting or licensing costs and ongoing support.
Do you build WordPress websites and custom applications?
Yes, where the agreed scope fits. WordPress can suit content-led business websites, while stores or custom workflows may require a different platform. We recommend technology around your requirements, editing needs and maintenance capacity.
Will the website work well on mobile?
Responsive design and readable content are part of the agreed build requirements. We define the important layouts and user journeys, then check them in the actual project environment. Accessibility and device coverage are specified in the proposal.
Can you redesign our website without changing its URLs?
Often, existing URLs can be preserved. If URLs need to change, we create a mapping and appropriate redirects and monitor the transition. A migration can still involve search fluctuations, so zero ranking loss is not guaranteed.
Will the new website rank or appear in AI answers immediately?
No timing or inclusion is guaranteed. We can implement useful search foundations such as accessible content, internal links, metadata and accurate structured data. Ongoing visibility also depends on the content, market and search or AI systems.
Do we own the finished website?
Ownership and handover of the commissioned deliverables are defined in the agreement, with the relevant account access provided. Third-party themes, plugins, libraries, hosting and services retain their own licenses and terms.
Can you connect payments, forms, booking or CRM systems?
These can be scoped where the systems and access support them. We define the expected workflow, costs, data handling and testing before implementation. Adding a visual form alone does not create a working backend or CRM connection.
How long will development take?
The timeline depends on page count, custom functionality, content readiness, integrations and approvals. We provide a written delivery plan after scoping rather than assigning the same deadline to every project.
