What does DigiMSM manage?
DigiMSM manages Facebook and Instagram advertising for ecommerce and lead generation. The service connects campaign strategy, placement-ready creative, conversion measurement and ongoing testing, with a scope built around your offer, market and budget.
The campaign system
Good ads need a good system.
Your audience, creative, landing page and measurement should all point toward the same business outcome.
An offer worth clicking
Audience research, offer positioning and an objective that reflects how your customers buy. We identify the action that matters before building the account.
Creative with a testable idea
Hooks, copy, visual direction and placement adaptations. Each variation tests a meaningful buyer angle, with an agreed production volume.
Campaigns with a clear job
Facebook and Instagram campaign setup, budget allocation, exclusions and eligible automation. Prospecting and follow-up are designed around the available audience and data.
Pixel and Conversions API review
Event mapping, browser and server measurement checks, duplicate-event controls and consent-aware implementation. We reconcile reported activity with your actual enquiry or sales records.
A landing page that continues the ad
Message match, readable mobile layouts, relevant evidence and simpler enquiry or checkout paths. Development work is scoped explicitly.
Decisions you can understand
Creative and audience reviews, budget decisions and a record of what changed. Reporting connects spend to the business outcome and explains uncertainty.
Where performance gets lost
Fix the gap behind the number.
A disappointing result is a question to investigate. Here are three patterns worth checking before simply increasing spend.
People stop, then leave
The opening gets attention but the offer or destination is unclear.
Tighten the promise, match the landing page and test the next step.
Leads look cheap, sales do not
The campaign rewards form submissions without enough qualification.
Agree a qualified-lead definition and review lead outcomes with your team.
Reported sales disagree
Different attribution windows or duplicate events can distort the picture.
Audit event quality and compare platform, analytics and business records.

Explore first. Share only when you are ready.
A strong fit for visual products, demonstrable services and businesses with a clear offer. If the landing page, creative or response process is not ready, we identify that work before recommending a larger media budget.
Your starting hypothesis
A product-led sales campaign
Start with a clear product offer, purchase measurement and a controlled creative test. Consider catalog and Advantage+ options when the account, feed and data are ready.
Verify the conversion action and the quality of the underlying records before using reported results to guide budget decisions.
Compare a product demonstration with a problem-to-solution angle.
Purchases, revenue quality, new-customer economics and contribution after costs.
Example plan. An account review confirms feasibility.
From plan to progress
A clear reason for the next move.
We agree what is being tested, what success means and what would justify a change. Timing follows readiness and the evidence available.
Diagnose
Review the offer, account history, creative assets and tracking.
Build
Agree the test plan, prepare variations and verify the destination.
Learn
Read the early evidence in context; fix delivery and measurement issues.
Expand
Broaden only when the economics and creative capacity support it.
The budget lab
Test the assumptions before the spend.
A simple media-only model. Enter your own assumptions, then test what happens if clicks become more expensive or fewer visitors convert. Defaults are illustrative, not platform benchmarks.
Stress-test one assumption
For orders, use the share you expect to keep after cancellations or returns. This model excludes management, creative, development, taxes and other business costs. It does not forecast revenue or profit.
Clicks → actions → valuable outcomes

Base assumptions · $2.00 CPC · 4% conversion rate.
Show the calculation
Clicks = media budget ÷ CPC. Actions = clicks × conversion rate. Valuable outcomes = actions × qualification or kept-order rate. Media cost per valuable outcome = budget ÷ valuable outcomes. Percentages are divided by 100 in the calculation.
A better conversation about results
What happened after the click?
For ecommerce, we look beyond reported ROAS to product margin, refunds and customer quality. For lead generation, we connect the form fill to a qualified enquiry and sales outcome. Attribution settings and missing data are documented, not hidden behind a single number.
What the report should answer
Where did the money go?Media spend, management and other agreed costs are identified separately.
Which outcomes were useful? The agreed business action, its quality and the available downstream results.
What should change next?A decision, its supporting evidence and the assumptions still being tested.

Meta management is quoted after the account review. Your proposal separates management, paid media and any additional production or development. Ad spend is paid to Meta.
Paid learning. Useful answers.
Connect the campaign to your wider visibility.
The questions people ask after an ad can improve your product explanations, service FAQs and comparison content. We connect those insights to clear, crawlable pages and your wider AI visibility strategy. Paid social delivery and organic AI visibility remain separate outcomes.

Before you choose
Meta Ads, clearly explained.
The scope, the costs and the practical questions that matter before a campaign begins.
What is included in DigiMSM’s Meta Ads management?
Strategy, campaign setup, agreed creative production, conversion measurement, ongoing optimization and reporting. Your proposal defines the number of offers, markets, creative variations and any landing-page work.
Do you manage both Facebook and Instagram ads?
Yes. We plan Facebook and Instagram campaigns and adapt creative to eligible placements such as Feed, Reels and Stories. Placement selection depends on the objective, assets and account availability.
How much does Meta Ads management cost?
Management is quoted after reviewing your account and requirements. The proposal separates the management fee from media spend and any additional creative, licensing or development work. You pay ad spend to Meta.
Should I use instant forms or a website landing page?
Instant forms can reduce friction, while a website can explain a complex offer and qualify interest in more detail. We choose the route around your sales process and evaluate qualified leads, not just submissions.
Do you set up Meta Pixel and Conversions API?
We can scope browser and server event implementation, event mapping and duplicate-event checks. Access, platform compatibility and consent requirements are reviewed first. Server events do not make all conversions observable.
Can you guarantee a ROAS or a fixed cost per lead?
No. Auction costs, offer strength, creative quality, sales follow-up and measurement affect results. We agree targets and a test plan, then report what the evidence supports.
How quickly can a campaign launch?
A launch plan follows the account review. Timing depends on access, creative approval, tracking, landing-page readiness and Meta’s review process. Early delivery is different from enough evidence to judge performance.
Will Meta Ads make my business rank in Google or AI answers?
Advertising does not buy organic rankings or AI citations. Campaign insights can inform helpful website content, while technical SEO, evidence and answer-focused content support the separate organic visibility effort.
